1. Responsability

This software is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied warranty. In no event will the
authors be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

2. Distribution

a) Copy

VirtualBoard can be distributed freely as long as it is unmodified from the original download.
You may not sell copies of the product for a profit. If a copy of VirtualBoard is distributed, you
must notify the author.

b) Internet

Only direct link to the official site of VirtualBoard (http://lightools.fredisland.net) is allowed. It is
forbidden to distribute a copy of VirtualBoard on an other site without the agreement of the
author.

3. Legal

a) "Freeware" version

VirtualBoard FREEWARE is free and unlimited in time for personal uses but any public
distribution but commercial uses are prohibited.

b) "FULL" version

VirtualBoard PRO allows you to use personnal screen themes for your presentations. It can
be used for any commercial uses only if this version is legally registered to your name or
society.

4. Copyrights

VirtualBoard is protected by international laws. It is formally forbidden to attempt to reverse
compile, modify, or disassemble the software in whole or in part.

L'auteur ne pourra en aucun cas être tenu pour responsable d'éventuel(s) problème(s)
survenu(s) lors de l'utilisation du logiciel VirtualBoard. Bien qu'ayant fait l'objet de nombreux
tests, le parfait fonctionnement du logiciel n'étant en aucun cas garanti. L'utilisateur est
également seul responsable de l'utilisation qu'il fait du logiciel.

2. Distribution

a) Support

VirtualBoard peut être distribué gratuitement sur tout support physique (disquette, CD-ROM...)
à condition que le package ne soit aucunement modifié.

b) Internet

Seul un lien vers le site officiel de VirtualBoard (http://lightools.fredisland.net) est autorisé. Il
est formellement interdit de diffuser le package sur un autre site, sauf autorisation explicitede
la part de l'auteur.

3. Légal

a) Version "Freeware"

VirtualBoard FREEWARE est gratuit et illimité dans le temps pour tout usagepersonnel,mais
l'usage commercial en est interdit.

b) Version "PRO"

VirtualBoard FULL vous permet d'utiliser des thèmes d'écran personnalisables pour vos
présentations. Mais cela seulement si votre version est légale et donc enregistrée à votre
nom ou celle de votre société.

4. Copyrights

VirtualBoard est protégé par les lois d'auteur internationales. Il est donc formellement interdit
d'essayer de décompiler, modifier ou désassembler le logiciel en entier ou en partie.
